I'm running a 64 bit version of Windows Pro. I still want to install the tool but I don't know if I should be seeking help here or on a Western Digital site. After restoring Windows to an earlier date my computer is again OK. It appears to runīut my computer started to shutdown unexpectedly from that and other programs. Even though the message implies the program is not installed it does appear in the Programs folder. I have redownloaded the file twice and tried to install in C:\Program Files instead of the setup programs default C:\ Program Files(86).
